Do I need to upload or configure my product images separately for this app?

Cool Image Magnifier uses your product images so, as long as your products already have images on Shopify, you don't have to configure anything. 

Shopify stores your images with different resolutions so the app will automatically use the higher-resolution images, there is no need to configure or upload the full-resolution images.
