The app is not detecting my product images

Cool Image Magnifier will automatically detect your main product images on most Shopify themes.

However, on some uncommon themes or those which are heavily customised, it is possible that the zoom effect is not applied automatically.

You can always contact us for help, but if you are familiar with web technologies, you can also try to fix it by instructing the app where your main product image is located within your HTML markup.

To do so, go to the app preferences page and navigate to Advanced preferences, and then navigate to Selector preferences.

The image selector value must be a jQuery selector pointing to the image where the zoom will be applied.

You can also use a different selector for mobile devices if the theme markup is different on mobile.
